LDA Terms & Conditions
 
1. Subscription & Payments
All students are enrolled on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled according to our cancellation policy. Payments must be completed on or before the due date to avoid disruption of services. In the event of a failed payment due to card issues or any other reason, a non-refundable penalty of one month’s fee will be charged in addition to the missed payment.
 
2. Cancellation & Pause Policy
All cancellation or pause requests must be submitted through the Contact page on our official website. Requests submitted via email, phone, or social media will not be accepted. A minimum 1-month notice is required prior to your next billing date for any cancellation or pause request. If a valid request is submitted at least 30 days in advance and we fail to process the cancellation or pause, only then will a refund be considered. No refunds will be issued if cancellation or pause requests are made after the notice period or billing date.
 
3. Refund Policy
We follow a strict no refund policy, unless the cancellation was requested in advance (as per the notice policy) and an error occurred on our part. Absences or missed classes are not eligible for refunds or prorated adjustments.
 
4. Class Conduct & Participation
Students must attend classes strictly for learning purposes. Unauthorized group formations (3 or more students) for rehearsals, performances, or any event planning outside the scope of LDA will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in permanent expulsion from the academy without refund.
 
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect toward instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior or repeated non-compliance with academy guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.
 
6. Photography & Media Consent
By enrolling, you consent to LDA using class photos/videos for promotional and educational purposes, unless otherwise explicitly opted out in writing via the contact form.
 
7. Schedule & Instructor Changes
LDA reserves the right to modify class schedules, timings, or assign substitute instructors as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
 
8. Liability Waiver
By enrolling, all students and/or their legal guardians agree to participate at their own risk. LDA is not responsible for injuries or health-related issues arising from class participation.
